Shipping & Returns
All payments are via Paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to use this service.
Payments for all items are made in NOK (Norwegian Kroner). Paypal will convert this amount into your chosen currency or go to XE.COM currency converter for live exchange rates.
For all Norwegian purchases, MVA (VAT) is included in the price shown throughout the site.
* Please be aware of specific custom charges in your own country as you may well be liable for import duty. Check with your local customs office for questions and concerns about import duty.
Please allow up to 3 days for your orders to ship, regardless of shipping speed, as some of our items are made to order. Packages typically arrive within 2-4 business days for Norwegian orders and 4-14 business days for international orders.
All orders are shipped in the order they are received via traceable service. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as order is processed.
EAM is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. EAM has no control over this.
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and EAM has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
Please be aware of specific custom charges in your own country as you may well be liable for import duty.

◦ Norgespakke for all domestic shipping.
◦ For delivery in person (free shipping service only in Norway, within Oslo city center). Please send a request by email for arrangement, before placing an order.
◦ International shipping is charged at a flat rate of 300 NOK (Norwegian Kroner)
◦ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return & Policy:
When you receive your product and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange within 14 days. Please ensure that the item has not been used and is in original condition and that you return your order with a copy of your online sales receipt.
All EAM products are carefully designed and crafted to last as long as possible and are guaranteed for 6 months after purchase. If your EAM product breaks under normal wear and tear within 6 months of purchase, please return it to us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
◦ We do not reimburse shipping costs.
◦ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
A. To make a return please contact us first by mail and state the reason for your return. We will then issue a returns number/code that has to be marked clearly on the return package. Any returns without this number/code is not accepted. We don´t handle unspecified returns.
B. For international returns, please mark returned packages as “RETURNED GOODS”– this helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.
C. Remember to include your full name, shipping address, email address, the reason of your return and the action you are requesting on our part, all on the backside of your online sales receipt. Your honest feedback helps us continue to improve our line of products, our website and customer service.
Merchandise to be returned may be sent via an insured and traceable carrier to:
◦ As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
◦ Wear and tear will add patina to the leather, just like leather furniture.
◦ Out of Stock items will be restocked as soon as possible.
